Chemical Reactors are the equipment which chemical industries mostly use for making chemicals. Based upon the requirement of companies, reactors are designed in different sizes, which can vary from a few cm to the vast structures. The design of these reactors also vary, and is determined by several factors, for instance, thermodynamics and kinetics of the chemical reactions that are being performed. Central to the chemical processes, chemical reactors gives the essential volume for reaction and keeps the amount of catalyst needed for the reaction. While maintaining the proper temperature and concentration, energy is supplied to reactor which is needed for overcoming the activation threshold of each partial reaction.
